Sophie Housley

Sophie has over a decade of experience in fundraising, grantmaking, campaigns/advocacy, and programme management with a mix of non-profit organisations, including Oxfam GB, Women's Environment & Development Organisation, Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK, MicroLoan Foundation, Mama Cash, Friends of the Earth International, SafeLives, The Woodland Trust, and 350.org. Her fundraising work has focused on issues such as the intersections of gender, economic and environmental justice, microfinance, domestic abuse research/policy, fossil fuels divestment, and more. She has a BSc in Sociology from Bristol University and a MSt in Women’s Studies from Oxford University.
