Simon Lock

Based in London, Simon is a reporter for TBIJ’s Enablers team. Before joining in September 2021, Simon was a news reporter at Legal Week, where he covered the ins and outs of the UK’s biggest commercial law firms, for more than two years. In addition, he has written several pieces for Private Eye on areas including local government finances, property investments and the legal sector. In 2019, Simon received a distinction in his Investigative Journalism MA at City, University of London. In his spare time he enjoys photography and walking the two family golden retrievers, Hattie and Luna.
