Leah Tronel

Leah is an accomplished non-profit leader with over a decade’s experience in grantmaking and fundraising. Before joining TBIJ, she built and led the fundraising department for a Tanzanian social enterprise, more than doubling its income and increasing their donor base. Leah is passionate about showcasing the impactful work of our team and ensuring we have the resources needed to uncover and share the stories that matter. Outside of work, Leah loves mid-century design and enjoys scouring charity shops for hidden treasures. Last summer, she travelled around Scandinavia in search of design icons and hygge in a vintage camper van named Terry with her husband and their Jack Russell, Angus.
